A little pain but it is raining on and off, come on. Random shooting pain, hum ~~~some not much. This may be the symptom that takes a while to reconcile itself.
Ok today had little to no ibs symptoms, not immediate trips to the throne. That is great.
Bloating not really an issue, my stomach was always hard and sensitive to pressure but today my bulge is amazingly soft and squishy.
The best part is eating differently doesn't seem to be affecting my psyche in that i feel deprived. I actually have more energy and don't feel so dragging today.
Yesterday i walked with my baby in the stroller for over a mile and half and had no side effects of heightened pain or inability to walk last night. I was little stiff this am but hoping too after time that dissipates but then might just be old age. Time will tell.
I have been eating tons of veggies and great tasting food. I mad a yummy buffalo chicken dip with corn tortilla chips. Next time it will be rockin' some hotter hot sauce.
Had a great morning with the girls for coffee and breakfast. I ate eggs and bacon, no pancakes. My friends are so understanding, one went so far as to ask a waitress and the waitress knew nothing. Surprise! she kept saying we make gluten free. We asked how it was cooked she had no idea.
I asked the manager where they cooked them and he said they put the batter on the grill where they cook the regular pancakes? WHAT?? I explained to manager about cross contamination. It was like i was speaking Spanish to him. (Oh maybe i was, hummmm~ not!) So, no pancakes for me or toast but i was full and content. When in doubt ask the manager! Please save yourself the belly ache. but i had a great time with friends.
I can see brighter horizons for me in the future.
I feel better so Who needs a doctor to tell me i need to change the way i eat??? This is all the proof i need. We have gotten away from natural cooking and eating since the seventies. All the processed foods are killing us as a nation. Lets live America!
